How to stop myself going insane
I haven’t slept more than 3-4hours at night for the last 3 weeks (I’m almost 37 weeks pregnant) I’ve got horrible back pain, hip pain, pelvic pain, restless legs. I’m taking magnesium supplements, got magnesium cream, having baths every night before bed, reading in bed instead of using my phone, listening to white noise / sleep casts, herbal sleep teas, using bath salts. I have tried everything possible. I can feel myself about to go completely insane with the pain and lack of sleep.

Can you support bump in any way to ease the pelvic pain? Cushions underneath? If you're off work at the moment, I found sleeping throughout the day like you will with a newborn helpful as it eased the pressure of wanting like a 8 hour full block of sleep that soon wasn't going to exist anyway x
