Pgp

I am having physio and seeing a chiropractor for my pgp however I’ve got to a point where I can barely walk. Can’t turn over in bed or get on/off seat without support. What will midwives do if I’m doing everything to “help” it but it’s getting worse. I’m 28 weeks 4 days

I’m the same my physio just booked me in to get acupuncture

I don't think there is anything else they can do really apart from advise regular paracetamol and rest. Are you sleeping with a pillow between your legs when you are lying on your side? Getting out the car and off the bed with feet together? You can also try YouTube some exercises to help with pgp and try pelvic floor exercises too x

I’m the same so sorry to hear you’re struggling. Did your doctor refer you to the NHS chiropractor or is it private?? And was it hard to get booked

I will be 30 weeks Monday and I am in agony. Seeing my consultant on Tuesday and hoping they can offer more help. My first pregnancy I was given codeine. Good stuff but makes you constipated and you can't take it for too long. I'd love to see a chiropractor, need my whole back cracked like a glow stick
