skipping nap time?
anyone else’s LO starting to randomly skip out on nap time? i’m referring to his morning nap but honesty just a nap in general will do. he usually wakes up @7am & nap anytime from 11-12pm but lately he’s been refusing them. could this be a sign of sleep regression or maybe a growth spurt?

Mine won’t even take 1 nap during a sleep regression. 🥺🥺. We are in the middle of one right now too
Same as Valentina. Molar came in October and we haven’t napped since 🫠 AT ALL. Now i think it’s growth spurt bc she’s saying at least 2 new words a day and REALLY testing the boundaries. I thought i was alone.. glad we’re going through this together lol
My son used to nap around this time but now our naps start at 1:30pm all the way to 3pm
Yep, my son skipped his nap all together 😆 He always seems so take after my sleeping habits so if he stops napping already I wouldn't be surprised

My LO is giving me such a hard time for naps lately. It started with molars coming in and now I’m not sure but her naps can go from 20 min 1 hour and if I’m very lucky 1 1/2 after putting in a lot of time to nap her. 🫠
