baby had vape in mouth

so my baby daddy vapes i don’t vape i don’t like it and and i don’t let him do it in front of my son i left him with him for like 2 min and my son had the vape on his mouth i’m so angry and so annoyed at him and i feel so ashamed of myself. he was right there on the bed with him and he is not the best father and best person to be left alone with we had an issue yesterday because my son got into a dip i made and his dad wasn’t paying attention and i found it on him and all over the floor and his dad wasn’t even 10ft away from him but anyways should i take my son to the hospital or the doctors he’s only 13 months old
