There's a group on this app called, 'My Baby's Plate' for baby led weaning meal ideas. At this point, my girl just eats a variation of whatever the rest of the family is eating. Since she was not really interested at first we just stuck to those puree food pouches as snacks but would offer a sampler of meals with my toddler so she'd get the same foods. What types of meals are you offering? Maybe we could give some suggestions, are you cutting everything up or how do you prep it for baby?
Tbh I give my daughter whatever we eat just cut it up appropriately for her developmental stage. I saw a baby nutritionist and she said this was perfectly fine. She eats everything we eat so far! Including sauerkraut lol and quinoa with turkey 🤭
I need some food ideas too. Recently he’s been having banana egg pancakes and cut up fruits for breakfast. Lunch would be salmon potato patties. If you have IG, I follow easy recipes from ashleigh.cooks. Dinner he just have what we are having kinda. How much bottles is she taking ? Also it’s normal for babies around 1 year old to have a decrease in appetite
