He knows exactly what it means, he shouts it at me when he doesn't want to do something 🙃 it's funny and cute but now it's getting annoying, he says "naaaa naaaa mama naaa" this is when I try and get him dressed, change his nappy, put him in the carseat etc etc 🤣
She's a toddler 😅 it's a normal developmental phase for them, it's only gonna get worse before it gets better at around age 3. Just have to stay calm and consistent and remove any big temptations from them. Like as soon as my son gets something in his hand like a TV remote he starts hitting us with it, so I just remove it and place it away from sight so he isn't tempted. It'll get easier, but we can't expect them to behave perfectly from birth, they are just exploring and developing and learning rules (we have to repeat them a million times before they will start to get it)
My LO definitely knows. She sometimes reacts right away saying no back to me and waving her finger whilst moving away from the thing I've said no to, which is usually sockets, trying to pull the lamp over or hitting the newly painted walls with building blocks 😄 Sometimes though she loves ignoring me and carries on with more enthusiasm than before I said no 😆
Yes she does, but most the time she ignores it 😂😂 pretty sure that’s just toddler behaviour
Yep she knows what it means and says it. The most annoying thing (but it does make us giggle as well) is she will carry on doing something that we have just told her not to whilst she says no and shakes her head whilst still looking at us out of the corner of her eye! Grrrr! 😆
To my son "No" means "carry on exactly what you're doing that looks like fun"😂😂
