Sticky pale poop

Are they ill or have been ill? My LO poos were like this when she wasn’t well for about a week then went back to normal x

It is just that we travelled back from home country. And his cow milk intake varied in home country. Now he is again on full fat cow milk which i could guess is making him poo like this frequently

My boy's nappies have been like this yesterday and today. He's not eating much but is drinking milk. I'm guessing that he might have a stomach bug or maybe his teeth as he is getting loads of teeth together now. But not sure

@Megan have you consulted GP or paediatrician? Today my LO did the poop 6 times so i am little worried. And on top of it He is only taking milk and yorghut

No because in October, he had a stomach bug and had loose nappies for a whole 7 days, he had very loose yellow nappies 3 times a day for 7 days. And the same this time so far on day 2. My boy is only having porridge yoghurts and milk. I wouldn't worry as long as they are drinking, they are fine He's also got conjunctivitis which has nearly cleared but he got an allergic reaction to the eye drops.
