Don’t worry. My doc said it’s normal.
It's normal, resting, light massage and ice pack help to relieve some pressure. Or maybe try a pelvic band/kinetic tape helps lift the belly to relieve your pelvic area. I had it with my last pregnancy and this one.
it's very common. I had extreme pelvic pain with my first and now this pregnancy. being on your feet for long periods like I am can make it worse. hydration and plenty of rest is a big help!
