Looking for reassurance - measuring small and haemorrhage

Had an early scan today. Saw a heartbeat, which was amazing. I thought I was 6+3, but measuring at 5+3... I was also told I have a haemorrhage (3.9mm x 3.4mm x 1.4mm). Although I've not had any bleeding yet, the sonographer said that it's likely I'll get some. Has anyone had one of these, and measured small, and it all been okay? Was hoping to reassure myself before Christmas but think I've done the opposite... Thanks in advance 🙏🏻

i thought i was 6+3 & measured 5+5! i had another scan yesterday where i thought i was 8 weeks based off the last one, but i’m measuring 8+3! it’s hard to get accurate dates this early on; the 12 weeks scan is where it’ll be most accurate xx

Hey! I had my first scan today and was really worried as I bled twice this week and turns out I have a haemorrhage too on its way out and could possibly bleed a bit more! She said it’s nothing to worry about and is quite common! She said to take it easy no heavy lifting and just to be more cautious that I’m pregnant! Hope this helps :)
