Lopsided, any advice?

I'm EBF and was breastfeeding my first until I was 6 months pregnant so basically been breastfeeding for about 2years. I was already a bit lopsided with my first but now with my second it's got really obvious. I try getting my little one to feed on the smaller boob more but he obviously prefers the other and seems to get significantly more milk from that one. Any other advice to help. I don't want to overall increase my milk production so I haven't pumped ?!?

Could you pump at the end of a feed on the smaller side? So it’s just a little top up and not likely to drastically increase supply? Have you tried alternate positions on that side? Some people use a nipple shield on a side baby doesn’t like and can help with latch? You could always start on the affected side and then do second part of feed on the other?

The sacrifices we make ❤️

Just here to say, same. One of my boobs is twice the size of the other. It was the same with my first as I ended up feeding her from one breast only for the last couple of months. They went back to normal after
