I would allow my body to rest when I needed to. However, I also had 2 classes I would go to that were low impact classes that I could (almost) always manage to do, like prenatal yoga. You could also just go for a gentle walk if you feel like you need to move your body
Listen to your body. You need rest and lots of sleep too. It’s amazing how busy you are, I worked and slept lol Your growing that baby from scratch and it’s a lot on the body and you should totally still workout it’s supposed to help a lot with all the aches and pains but maybe just do some light workouts and not something super intense. I’ve seen pregnant mamas lifting and props to them I think it’s fuckin bad ass. Listen to your body but still do what you feel you need/want to do :)
