What is your 3yr old eating for dinner?
Mine has become very fussy and we’ve fallen into a routine of freezer dinners.
I’m feeling quite guilty about how often he’s having the same thing and usually something not that healthy like sausages, chicken dippers or pizza.
If anyone has any healthy suggestions that they’ve managed to get fussy little ones to accept that would be great!
We all eat the same meal together which seems to help, I appreciate it may not be possible for everyone. Some days he eats more than others. He seems to love vegetables, carrots, peas, broccoli, raw pepper. Rice dishes are always popular or saucy pasta dishes. But we often have sausages, fish fingers, meat balls, pizza, chicken we just try and vary it, with as much veg and potato as we can get him to eat 😅
