My rule is I do something every day. Don’t feel like it? Walk the dogs. Spend 5 minutes jump roping. Do some push ups. Just always do something so you can make it a habit

Fitness accountability group💪🏾
I go to group fitness classes so there is some variety and I don’t have to figure out what to do.
You got some great tips already. For me, focusing on short yet effective workouts works wonders for me. Tracking my days, so even if i fall off the wagon, I dont "start over" just pick up where I left off. 6weeks i hit it as hard as i can week 7 is my active rest week. I have 2 active rest days a week. Choose something fun that you can do regularly, for me it's skating, if I had room to put my pole up, it'd be that lol. Make better choices as far as diet, start slow and plan ahead. I hate to ruin a workout with a bad diet and I hate to eat a naughty meal when I'm not active. Side note you're not always going to be motivated that's where discipline comes in. If you were supposed to workout today and for whatever reason you didn't, its literally fine tomorrow is a new day so make up for it then just don't keep saying tomorrow lol Best of luck to you!
I would say choose a target area you want to work on and search for example: “fitness challenges from home for belly weight loss” on Pinterest 📌 Pinterest is a goldmine for fitness motivation, recipes, workouts, etc
Find something that you enjoy! There are many different types of workouts like Pilates, HIIT, strength training, walking etc. find a style that you enjoy don’t force workouts you just see on social media because you might get burnt out if they’re not your style 🫶🏻
