It’s just the 3 month growth spurt! It hit you a bit later but it’s totally fine! At 4 months there might be a sleep regression where they don’t know how to settle back after the sleep cycle is done. So if the baby eats full size bottles or empties you out - then it’s just a growth spurt, if they eat a little bit, then they are just using food as comfort so implementing sleep training is recommended here so they won’t rely on food to fall back asleep
As above have said it’s probably a sleep regression/ growth spurt. However is fine to respond to your baby by feeding them in the night regardless, your never doing anything ‘wrong’ by responding to your baby and sleep training isn’t recommended or the right choice for everyone x
