Arabic meet ups / kids' events

Are there any meet ups for Arabic speaking mums or their kids? I'm from Palestine, but born and raised in Germany. My dominant language is German, but I really want my baby (due in May) to learn both languages. I will need help for the Arabic part but I don't know how to meet Arabic parents, as I just moved to Cardiff. Thank you!
