Postpartum / epidural
I’m 4 days postpartum and had an epidural, is it normal to feel jolts or a shock like feeling in the spine ?

Yes I gave birth in july and I have really bad back pain
Uhm I don’t know if it’s ‘normal’ but could very well be the liquid between your spine popping when you move. I was about 4 months pp when I bent over and it felt like my spine had separated where the epidural went. Was bad for days and finally went away. After that I noticed I didn’t get back ache so much. But unfortunately it is one of those long lasting side effects! If you feel something is abnormal I’d always consult a dr to be absolutely sure.
