Struggling

My 13 month old wakes up screaming (like blood curdling scream) every 5-45 minutes. Always has done. Cutting out dairy and eggs has helped but not totally fixed it, just means she's generally a bit easier to settle. I've been back and forth to the GP, hospital, paediatrician, no one is helping other than to suggest a food diary. I can't bear it. I feel awful that she's obviously struggling so much. We cosleep which helps with the exhaustion but I'm going back to work 4 days a week (with a 2h commute either way) soon to a new job and I just don't think I can cope. I will never sleep train or leave her crying but I'm just feeling so so helpless and overwhelmed.

If you are breastfeeding, that means that you have to cut out dairy and eggs too from your diet.

I know :)

If you did that already, then the only thing is giving your child Infacol when he/she wakes up screaming. That helped us loads. My little one is 2 years old now, but he still wakes up screaming from tummy pain some nights. He has milk protein and wheat allergies too.
