Pump recommendations

I have been ebf for 11 months now, and am going back to work 3 days a week come the end of January. I really want to continue breastfeeding, but when I pump I barely get anything 😩 It takes approx three 30min pumping sessions to get one 4oz feed… I’m so nervous our feeding journey will end up coming to an end. Any tips to increase yield? Am also willing to buy a new/better pump if needed, I currently use Jheppbay wearable electric pump. I pump once a day for 30mins (on top of feeding baby about 5 times a day).

You can power pump to increase supply a couple of times a day but just to say what you pump isn’t a true reflection of supply. On days you work pump when you would normally feed x

I had both Momcozy wearable pumps, manual tommee tipee, and the spectra s1 which is hospital grade and electric which is my favourite. I’d power pump with it and would get a crazy output. They’re pretty pricey but I’d say the best on the market and can get them second hand for a decent price. ☺️

I almost exclusively pump at this point and I have both a wearable (Willow Go) and a Spectra S2 pump. I always get more output with my Spectra pump and I’ve heard that wearables in general often don’t yield as much as regular electric pumps. Not sure if you’ve checked this or not, but also make sure that you are using the right flange size. I was using too big of a flange at first and once I got the correct size my yield increased a lot.
