Did you confirm ovulation?

According to what my app predicted I was 21dpo before I got a positive however I definitely ovulated late

You can implant as late as 12dpo and HCG takes 2 days to be high enough to be detected on a test.

I tested negative at 8dpo and positive 11dpo your not out unless AF comes
