@Monét really? But it would be so random. Like for example, I would be having a full on conversation with someone and then suddenly I get this lightheaded feeling like I will faint so I would calm myself down by stop talking and just quietly take a moment and try and breathe to myself. And I just let the person know (who I’m having a conversation with) that I’m just feeling tired. It’s such a weird feeling and makes me feel even more anxious that happens. I suffer from health anxiety.
Panic attacks can come on randomly and completely out of nowhere and this sounds exactly like what it is. Is it only during social events? Could be social anxiety x
@Rosie this happened 3 days in a row. The first day I just felt really weirdly tired in a wedding event. Then the following two days I was at social gathering at a house and I just felt this light headed sensation when I was having a one to one conversation. And I literally had to slow down to take a moment. It did also happen just random times in the day today. Was just chatting and randomly get this wave of feeling. It’s weird. I want to know how to control it as I got big gatherings coming up and it’s worrying me x
I get dizzy and light headed but is usually because my blood sugar is dropping. Often happens when I go out without eating a balanced meal.
O get this everyday mainly in shops and shopping centres I feel disorientated and very dizzy as soon as I walk in or after a few minutes like I’ll faint but I never do haven’t ever fainted so I just remind myself it’s happened so many times and always been ok, For example if it’s happened in a certain shop your brain will probably do it every time you’re in that same shop as ur brain will then register it as a threat that’s what a panic attack is! But keep going back to show your brain it’s actually fine It’s not nice but just try ground yourself somehow I always carry some cold walk chug some or have some strong mints on me!
How’s your hydration? This happens to be and I’m 99% certain it’s due to dehydration / electrolyte imbalance.
Agree that is sounds like a panic attack. I have similar
