Mum guilt over vitamins
Hi! I have a 7month old (EBF) and have been giving vitamin d (to be fair I forget a lot!) though I was talking to another mum who said she gives her son abidec which is multivitamin and I feel really bad that I haven’t been doing that. What vitamins should we be giving our babies?

I only give vitamin D..most days sometimes I do forget too.
I didn't even know I was supposed to be giving vitamin d until last week!
Havnt given any to mine. No mention of it by health care pressionals thus far either.

In the uk they say A C and E at 6months but I've just moved to Portugal and they won't give any unless orescribed by a doctor so I figure they mustn't be that important
