Tamales…..
I love making tamales but didn’t make them this year because I have an infant. My FIL invited us over for Xmas and had bought some from the store for dinner. He was microwaving them when we arrived…. I have NEVER had a worse tamale. It was dry and tasted sour. So gross!
I never had tamales until just a few years ago. I made my first batch last Xmas and everyone requested them this year. I think one batch came out good, the second was the worse I’ve ever had 😭 but no one would tell me that cuz they knew I busted my ass having a toddler, 2 newborns and still made everyone tamales 🤣 but like be honest please. My freaking won’t get hurt… much 🤣
