Guys I have a stupid virus it’s making me cough non stop at night to point my chest and back are aching… any tips on how to ease the coughing it’s driving me mad… still breastfeeding so careful with meds 🤍

Have you got a humidifier
Lemon ginger and honey water. Use vicks vapour on your chest, steam your sinuses with menthol. Keep hydrated. Or old wives remedy cut up some onion put in socks and wear to bed (honestly works to reduce coughing in bed!). Apart from that paracetamol and plenty fluids xxx
