Combi feeding
Combi feeding mums of formula and breastmilk, how do you do it? Do you still pump at the time that baby would usually have a feed? My partner had to give formula today due to me needing to get checked out and just wondered how it works

I do the same as Olivia, need to pump in the night feed otherwise I wake up very full and ready to pop!

Bubba has one bottle before bed and I pump while dad bottle feeds and then I breastfeed usually when baby wakes up at 2am and then again at 5am. Then around 8am when she wakes up she has another bottle and I pump then. I also pump on whatever side baby doesn't feed on when I am breastfeeding.

My baby has a formula bottle before bed and had one when he wakes up for a feed at night and that’s when I pump. Best bet is to pump near the time baby is also fed ☺️
