Antibiotic - does 3 times a day mean in 24hr period? Or 12hr (daytime) period?

Ideally you want them spread out evenly over a 24hr period so 8hr intervals

@Hester how should I work it if baby sleeps through the night? For example I could give him a dose at 8am, then again 4pm, but he'll be asleep by 8pm so that's only two doses? 🥲

I'd do one when they wake up, one just before bed and one half way through the day 😊 you just want to space them as evenly as you can
