Per person. If another couple brings 2 and you only bought one between yourselves then someone is left out. However many people there are that’s how many gifts you don’t count per couple.
One per person. The more gifts the merrier. But if you just bring one then you only leave with one.
If we are both going we bring 2
We used to do one per person but now we do a shared one
thank you ladies!!! and yeah i assumed if i did one for the 2 of us then there would be an uneven amount of gifts so thats no bueno @Kellie
@Mia my friend did something similar last year but for kids, and because some family’s have 1,2,3 or 4 kids I asked how that was gonna work so she added up all the kids divided it by family and the average we buy, so even though I had one kid we were told to bring 2 each. Yes I’m out of pocket compared to a mum that has 4 kids and brings 2, but it’s for the kids I don’t mind it was fun it was a Xmas pool party so they got to swim as well 😂. If you ever wanted to do a kid version in the future that’s how that works Xx
One between us, because then we only take one home.
We have a friends group one every year and it's always one gift from each of us, even though we are a couple. It makes it more interesting to have more gifts to go around.
One per person!
