Daddy preference
Does anybodies baby have a preference for dad? This started about a month ago. Even today her aunt who she had only met twice before just came over and my daughter reached for her to hold her instead of me.
I do almost all of the caregiving and the unpleasant stuff (wiping nose, washing hands, changing diaper, dropping off at daycare) that make my daughter mad. Is she starting to associate me with negative things?
I even breastfed her for almost 14 months now.

Mine is the same exact way! I'm still breastfeeding as well, and I do the bulk of the caregiving as well. But man, does this little boy love his dad. It's just a phase, but it does hurt my feelings sometimes. 😅
I would love if either of my kids preferred their dad… I know it hurts so I’m not negating how you feel, but this momma could use a break to at least shower alone.
