My baby was exactly like this and I read up about CMPA and took him back to the doctors and he’s been on CMPA milk ever since and has been a game changer. Could be something to look into?
Go back to Gp. My baby is now trying omeprazole which is helping a bit (reduces burning). Gaviscon had the same effect for us, they should prescribe it with a laxative really as such a common side effect!
My baby does all this…. But doesn’t cry in pain. Trip to the GP then xx
Can I ask if there’s other symptoms which have resulted in reflux as a diagnosis? Because the symptoms you have said could be so many other things..
My daughter was the exact same. She was horrendously poorly backwards and forwards to the hospital all the time the only thing that helped us was aptamil reflux milk! She was prescribed renitadine temporarily but the only thing that really seem to help was the milk z

Try lactulose. My baby gets extremely constipated and can go up to 6 days, one 2.5ml of lactulose made him go within half hour. It's just sugar water but baby has to be over 1 month to give them 2x 2.5ml a day
