Yes and no 😂 We don’t do processed foods, juices or candy but he now eats his food with the same seasonings that we do which includes salt. We did smores on Christmas and I let him have one. Im definitely less strict and he transitioned to our lifestyle which is organic and whole foods with a treat every once in a while.
He eats what we eat. I don’t usually add extra salt while cooking. Sometimes I will add a small portion of what the recipe calls for depending on the dish. I don’t shake salt or sugar on anything of his.
My son has had exactly what we have for our meals, I make them all to what the recipe calls for or however I make the meals.
