Projectile vomit

So, I gave my nearly 5 month old a bath last night, like we do every night. The only difference is that I got in the bath with her, I picked her up a couple of times. She kept getting water and bubble bath bubbles in her ears and then she put her soapy hand in her mouth only for a second because I got it away quite quickly. We then got her dressed and then fed her her bottle. She fell asleep as she usually does and then about 10 minutes later, she projectile vomited everywhere, it came out her nose and everything, it seemed like the whole bottle. She’s never done this before so you can probably guess how panicked I was. She then threw up a little bit more. She fell straight to sleep for a bit after this, we then had to change her clothes again and she woke up, seemed absolutely fine, smiling away and she’s slept through the night with no more vomit. Could this have been the bubbles or? She’s never done this before, I hope she’s okay 😭
