Dont beat yourself up if shes not interested in food she will get there, you could make her lentils, rice, fishcakes, potato cakes. Omelette, toast. Take it one day at a time and if she isnt interested it doesnt matter, my son is now 21 months and has only just started showing interest in “normal” food, it was all just “baby food” before which i know is so bad
Get yourself a weaning book. Ella’s first foods is great. They have simple ideas for recipes. You can batch cook and freeze in little pots so your not cooking 3 times a day.
Food before one is just for fun. Your breastmilk should be #1 meal/ nutrition for now 😃
