How often are you expressing for your babies who are 6 months and over? How long between pumps are you going and how much are you making a day?

@Zoony do you mean how often he is eating regular food? If so, I try to give him regular food once a day usually some sort of vegetable or yogurt with fruit since we’re still in the early days of trying new foods.

My son is 6.5 months. I pump 3 times a day (6am, 2pm, 9pm) and make around 32-34 oz a day.
