Could be yeast infection
It's likely just some buildup of smegma. Just an accumulation of oils and dead skin. Just wipe a little more during diaper changes or bathe a little more frequently
Do you lift his Willy up when wiping?
Mine has a little of this not much.. just wipe it and make sure you clean him/wipe him every nappy change.
Is he circumcised? If not it’s possible it may be an infection if the skin isn’t being pulled back to get cleaned
if he's circumcised, are you pulling back the foreskin and cleaning there?
@Tiana you are not supposed to pull down the foreskin on an infant
Sometimes my son just gets diaper fuzz stuck around his penis. Make sure you're wiping the whole thing with diaper changes. If he's consistently red and irritated with the build up ask your pediatrician
