Mines 8 weeks and the same . We are on 0 but haven't moved yet. Similar question myself, I feel like he's fine on 0s so why rock the boat but are there reasons as to why we need to change x
He might be falling asleep because he's full. I wouldn't up a teat size further than 1 because he will get frustrated on the breast because the breast won't dispense as quick as the bottle! My baby falls asleep during a feed sometimes. I EBF, I tickle her chin or gently try and rouse to see if she'll continue sucking. If she doesn't I just let her sleep!

Size 0 and 1 would be fine but i wouldn't go any further my 5 week old is on 0 and 1 with breast too and his fine
@Domonique How do you mix them? Like is it certain feeds you use different teats? X
@Bethan He definitely isn’t full as he screams the place down 5 minutes later bless him 😂 x
@Sarah i tend to use size 1 during the day when out and about and size 0 for bed time feed when he's sleepy x

8 weeks and dd went from feeding in half hour to 10 mins, he gets one bottle a day so when he started to get angry at it we upped the teat size to match new drinking speed!
I do both and use a mixture of size 0 and 1! He's 4 weeks and no issues
