I used to take my little one to the bridge house in Stourbridge for the baby classes. When I went they were quite small, around 4-5 people. Not sure if it would help having a smaller group to begin with 😊

Music bugs in halesowen is amazing. The leader is so friendly so if you message her and explain how you feel too she will look out for you. Its a very friendly environment anyway and sure they have classes in dudley, halesowen and stourbridge. X

Stourbridge family centre on forge road do a free sensory class on a Wednesday - I think it starts back up again next week or the week after. That’s really relaxed and lovely - if you call up and say you want to attend the session they book you on and it’s completely free.
Also, Brierley hill library is doing baby massage on a Monday - you can book your place online.
Heartbeeps is on a Wednesday at Holy Trinity Church.
I understand how you feel as I was also nervous about going on my own, but people are really friendly. Good luck!
