Is anyone else still using a binky? Our toddler hasn’t used it during the day in months but we were still using it at nap and bed time to help go to sleep. He has been really struggling going down and I’m curious if anyone has any self soothing tips? TIA

We did cold turkey. After a few days he didn’t think about it and hasn’t looked back. Goodluck mama! It will be hard but worth it. ❤️
I’m going though the same! I just posted about it, I’ve thought about doing it cold turkey but she only uses it occasionally, there was a case where she chewed through one and it had a gap that prevented the suction and she still cried for another unfortunately, but hoping that she will need it less as we give it sparingly

We clipped the tips of the paci so he couldn’t get suction. Haven’t been brave enough to pull them at night. I’ll take any advice as well!
