When did you hear from a midwife?

I heard from my midwife to discuss get my booking appointment in, around a week or so after I registered my pregnancy & I was around 5 weeks then!

some midwife's don't see you till around 8 weeks x

@Leanne i will be 8 weeks when I actually visit my midwife. Maybe it depends on your area?? And how fast they are ? Xx

I’ll be 10 weeks when my first midwife appointment is I think is just how fast they are and when they can fit you in x

I heard from my midwife around 7 weeks and registered my pregnancy at 4 weeks x

I’m almost 9 weeks and still not heard anything gave them a call to give them a push and they said they got my referral 🤷🏼‍♀️

My home birth team are all really on it so I actually just messaged them directly and they got back to me same day :)

I called the Dr and filled in the online consultation for 1 week today, but haven’t heard anything as yet, but guessing service may have been restricted unless urgent over the Christmas period! I’m 5+4

I was told if you go via self referral at the hospital it will be the quickest way. I got an appointment in 3 weeks from the self referral. The referral via gp I haven't got anything yet and both were done around the same time.

My booking appointment midwife i saw at around 6 weeks I wont see my actual midwife at my GP until 15 weeks 😅

i self referred when i found out (4+5) and didn’t hear from them until i was 9+4 x
