@Emma it’s not that he’s gone off his food, he’s just never been bothered about it. But now he’s 1 I’m really starting to worry he’s not going to get what he needs nutrition wise.
Are you bottle feeding or breastfeeding? When in your routine are you offering milk vs food? This could help do the adjustment. She’s started a podcast too - I haven’t listened to all the episodes but I think she has one focused on fussy eaters x
My LO went off food last week (still isn’t great but it’s better) I tried some softer stuff, I puréed his food again and it worked. I am still unsure but guessing it was his teeth. Maybe try different textures? Yogurt?
