I wouldn’t wake baby as I feel like newborns don’t sleep that long anyway. If they have done the number 2 then yeah change.

I personally don’t change my daughter during the night unless she poops or her diaper is completely full of pee. If she wakes up to eat and she’s a little bit wet, I don’t worry about it.
