Progesterone pessaries
Is anyone else prescribed progesterone pessaries? I’ve just picked some up today due to two previous losses, will start them tonight but haven’t taken them before and I’ve heard they can be messy 🫣😂

@Pav thanks, that’s good to know, I think I will try vaginally first and see how I get on, do you have to lie down for a while afterwards?
I don’t as rectally shoots it up😂 vaginally I would prob lie down few min dnt think it’s needed though
I had them in my previous pregnancy. I inserted them right before bed and they never caused me any issues in terms of mess from what I can remember.
I am an IVF Mumma so I’m well adversed in progesterone pessaries! My last pregnancy (ended at 20 weeks due to huge bleeds and PROM) I had to take them the entire time. Back on them this time and will take up to 20 weeks minimum, along with baby aspirin.
