Baby boy #2 has arrived

I realized I forgot to share here. Here’s my second boy, Silvan, born on 12/18 (due date 12/20) via induction due to gestational diabetes. My first delivery took 34.5 hours and all the nurses kept saying it would be faster than the first…this one took 40 hours and was extremely painful for the majority 😖 eventually I got the epidural after 30 hours and it was a breeze from there and pushing only took 20 minutes. They thought he would be big, but he was only 7lbs 7.6oz, a full pound less than his older brother, so recovery has been a lot easier. Who else has a 12/18 baby?
