@Natasha thank you, I am trying to think of the positives and making it exciting , I know it’ll be fine and it all be worth it just think the worst don’t you xx
Read! Read everything you can! The positive birth book is amazing and full of information, how to grow a baby and push it out is an easier read but still has plenty of info. Do the NHS antenatal classes if you can, follow birthing accounts on Instagram. The naked doula is a good one. I found with my first, the more information I had the less scary it became! Xx
@Sarah thank you xx
I’m so excited for birth, and even more so after listening to the audio book of shioban Miller hypnobirthing. Free with Spotify premium. Highly recommend. Will give you lots of confidence and positive birth stories
@Sandra I shall give this a try thank you so much xx
There’s a website called tell me a positive birth story and I think you would really benefit from having a look. We are only even shown painful birth on tv and people love to share their traumatic births which really overshadows the fact that most birth isn’t like that
@Lauren thank you I will have a look xx
Agree with comments above and wholeheartedly suggest you read Ina May Gaskin’s guide to childbirth ❤️
@Clare thank you xx
I felt this way my first time, this is my second time and i know there is a magical thing called an epidural, so feel reassured you can do it without pain if you choose! Also remind yourself its only one day out of the rest of your life! I look back with such fondness and claque but id do that 1000 over for my little boy! But totally natural! it will be okay promise❤️
