5w 6d. TW blood.
Hi ladies , mild cramping along with this when I wipe, it’s not heavy and just had one bit when I wipe. has anyone had similar and gone on to have healthy pregnancies?

I had bleeding like this the day I was going to test, I went to the toilet and assumed it was my period starting, took the test anyway and it was a strong positive in seconds, I was 7 weeks without knowing, rang my friend who was friends with a midwife she managed to get me an emergency scan 2 days later and baby was fine with little heartbeat, I had spotting again about 20 weeks I had cervical ectropion which went away on its on.
He’s now 5 weeks old🥰

I had the same at 6 weeks, and again at 12 weeks - currently 15+5 and all is going fine. Although bleeding can be common and doesn’t always result in miscarriage, I would advise getting referred to you EPU to get checked. It may be too early for them to detect a heartbeat just yet at 5+6, but they should be able to do blood tests to check your hormone level, and may repeat them 24/48 hours later to check they’re increasing.
