Probably about 200ml of cows' milk to drink although it varies from day to day, plus usually some more in his Weetabix although he's turning his nose up at that at the moment. He also still breastfeeds and I have no idea how much milk he gets from that 🤷♀️
Anywhere between 9-18 oz of milk being drunk per day, not including milk in breakfast x
They should have a max of 24oz of dairy a day (milk, cheese, yoghurt) and of that 24, 16oz is max for cows milk and 8oz for other dairy. At this age they should be completely off formula as it doesn’t provide them with the nutrients they need.
My girl only has 11oz and night cows milk and that’s it and she be 20 months next week x
My LG is 20 months next week and has one bottle at night. We offer 9oz but she has anything between 6oz-9oz. She has additional milk in her cereal/porridge in the morning and other dairy like yoghurts and cheese during the day x
@Nicola same she had porridge every morning x
No milk at all to drink. Just dairy in food. I wish he did drink a bit but he refused any after stopping breastfeeding. I just make sure he has plenty in food!
Our little boy has 6 floz of milk in the morning and the same in the evening. He has milk in his cereal and will have a yoghurt and/or cheese most days
12oz a day of cows milk, a single small yogurt & butter on crumpet or toast for breakfast or milk on cereal
One 9oz bottle a day sometimes two. Then milk in cereal / porridge.
Thanks for everyone’s reply’s x
