PP HAIR LOSS
So not ready for PP hair loss 😭 I already lose hair when I brush and always have and I have light hair but man I don’t want it to look so bad 😕. Any tips and ideas to help out the hair ? Also my nails be breaking in half.

I have fine hair too and 9 weeks pp...it has def started 😭 I've started taking postpartum vitamins from 8 sheep organics that say it helps with shedding. I guess we'll see
