Crawling

Anyone else’s nearly one year old not crawling yet? My boy was 5 weeks early but will be 12months old in a week and is commando crawling but not actually crawling. He stands supported but can’t pull himself up, just this week he’s learnt to go from lying to sitting too. He is super active does not sit still for even a second, always moving in some way and gets very frustrated when he can’t get to what he wants. I myself have ADHD and I just have this nagging feeling that I can’t describe, and I’m feeling guilt that I may be the reason he’s not hitting his milestones yet 😣

Don't stress yet. I say that because my baby was 9 days over and only just started crawling at 11 months

I feel the exact same!! I'm on the same boat with my bub!!! I have been stressing out too as my girl is only commando crawling and cannot pull herself up. My bub can't go from lying to sitting 😟 She gets around well commando crawling and can walk really well in the walkers using her legs, but doesn't seem to crawl or pull herself up either! She is turning one at the end of January.

My girl started commando crawling at 6 months and after 3 months of no change I put her on the grass each day and within 3/4 days she was crawling properly. Grass and sand apparently can help

@Amanda my baby is proof of this also. He refused to crawl on hands and knees and commando crawled for months, it only took a few goes on the grass and he learnt how to
