Trying to have sex while the baby is sick

My six month old is sick. Fever, gas, upset stomach, nonstop crying for hours. She can’t hold anything down and has vomited six times today. She only ate three meals which is so unlike her. I have been vomited on five times alone. My MIL has been a saint she’s been with me all day and helping wherever she can. My bf has been on his laptop bitching every time the baby cried. He has tried to initiate sex several times and accused me of coddling her for holding her while she screamed in pain. I’m furious how can you not care that your child is unwell? He keeps telling me she’s fine and just needs to ride it out and I know she will be but trying to have sex while our child is in agony is insane to me. He ended up playing with himself and falling asleep while I’m up at 2am comforting her.🙄🙄

I’m so sorry … why are some men like this . My husband would love to fuck me everyday if I let him but when our son was ill he told me to concentrate on him and won’t let me leave his side . Yesterday we were having some me time and watching baby on camera, soon as he started to move he told me to go check on him and come down when he’s okay. You need to have a sit down with him as baby is young and can’t look after themselves. The sex can wait !!!

Baby comes first and even how ur feeling too please. Ur shattered, ur doing so much for ur child. That should be the priority supporting u to feel well enough so u can continue to look after baby and helping u with tasks etc. I feel like a lot of fathers don’t take as much responsibility as they should

@Sura exactly baby and I were up until 4 in the morning and so I planned to sleep in with her and he came in early in the morning and purposely woke her up to check on her.🙄🙄 like where was this energy lastnight

A baby that young needs their parents help, support and comfort during this time just like how he would feel if he was ill. Tell him to get his mind straight
