Secondary Infertility?

Has/Does anyone have secondary infertility? I know I'm extremely fortunate to have one child, but our dream of having three (optimistic!!) Seems to be on hold. We've been trying for 9 months now, tracking ovulation, tests, doing the deed every other day over my peak and we haven't caught at all. The doctors are saying wait until 1 year but mentally I don't think I can wait another 3 months +. Every test I see that's negative and the periods that come I am an absolute mess. I just don't know what to do😭😭😭😭

It takes an average couple a year of regular intercourse. I know 9 months seems like forever, I've been trying for almost 2 years for my first and I'm 36. Some people for years longer. You can go to a fertility specialist to see what they say. I'm currently working with one.

We used the fertilily cup with my son and conceived 4th month trying. Currently TTC again and will 100% be using it again 🤞🏻

It pushes the sperm in to the cervix so they don’t have to swim so far! It’s got great reviews and could well have worked for us!

We were around 14 months to conceive our second. We had two losses back to back at the start of 2024 then got a positive in June and are now 32 weeks. I was at the doctors a few times and they were pretty useless. They done bloods to confirm ovulation but wouldn’t do anything else. The month before this baby we didn’t try as we’re getting married this month and I’d be due around the wedding date. Then I basically said if it didn’t happen this month I was stopping because I was so stressed and it happened. It can take some time to fall pregnant for some people unfortunately with a lot of different reasons. I think taking pregnacare convince helped us as I was only taking that about a month when it’s happened x
