I started acupuncture after my first transfer didn't work. I started it roughly 2.5 months before my 2nd transfer which worked and also had it for my 3rd FET which also worked. I googled fertility acupuncture in my area and then had a consultation. She got me to do a food intolerance test first and then we started the sessions. Hope this helps x
@Jo @Pav I hv started acupuncture and did two cycles but I didn't see any change in my menstrual flow ..but I hv read that it takes 3-4 cycles ..and I have planned for egg retrieval in February ..so I just hope that i get my miracle baby soon .. Inshallah..pray for me ♥️
@Pav After embryo transfer also you doing acupuncture?
Yeh I have kept it up once a week. I did once after transfer that’s important then did another about 4 days later than a week later again and ongoing
Acupuncture was a total game changer for me!! An acupuncturist can answer more of your detailed questions, but while TTC I went twice a week for a couple months. I also took several Chinese herbs that they gave me.

Hiya I would ask your local acupuncturist. It can help with regulating cycles as well as prepping you for ivf or circulation aswell as relaxation. I started doing it from Oct for a Dec transfer and still doing it once a week. I fully believe it’d help my lining and keeping me zen. My transfers working so far
