They are sleeping in the Moses basket
It sounds like they are waking up earlier than they want to. Whilst they are this little, they tend to sleep better with contact naps/in carrier where they are closer to you. Aware contact naps are v restricting but maybe one a day could be like that to see if they'll do a longer sleep?
